THE MOBILE SLUDGE DEWATERING LINE

Description

Apart from the standard sludge dewatering lines VANEX can place the line onto the chassis of a lorry, eventually individual trailer or a semi-trailer. This solution is designed mainly for:

  • municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants when sludge dewatering is required on several places
  • waste water treatment plants with lower sludge production, where the stationary line will be financially inconvenient

In the below tables there is a list of the components of the mobile line with its brief description, minimal dimensions of the loading plane for the line build-in and working parameters of the ferriage devices.

The equipment output, dry matter content on output and consumption of powdery flocculants depend on sludge properties, kind and dose of used powdery flocculants as well as quality of attendance.

Input and output places of individual media are design with the respect of a fast commissioning alternatively into the transport state. Sludge and rinsing water inlets are terminated with quick connections.

The power is supplied through the socket (VX-8 63 A, VX-GORO 32A) that is a part of the main distributor.

The low-speed, simply extensible belt conveyor takes away sludge from the belt press outside the mobile plant.

Equipment requirements for dewatering stand:

  • sludge storage tank with the blender (I) (where sludge is accumulated while the mobile plant is unavailable);
  • a horizontal plane cca. 5 x 12m (5,4 x 2,7 m for VX-GORO) for positioning of the plant during its operation;
  • water inlet cca 3.6 m3/h for rinsing of the filtrate sieves (water must not contain more then 1% of solid particles with the max. diameter 0.5mm, therefore it is possible to use the tank with the filtrate sieve (k).
    VX-AN device can be a part of the plant and outfowing filtrate from it can be used direct for the cleaning of the belt press filter sieves.
    Therefore the mobile plant is independent on the external source of splashing water and simultaneously outflowing water is minimized. This configuration prevents the small waste water treatment plants from flooding out;
  • (potable) water inlet for preparation of flocculants cca 1m3/h;
  • power supply 3/N/PE AC 400/230 V, 50 Hz, TN-S, 12,0 kW;
  • disposal arrangement of dewatered sludge cake (a container, trailer or another conveyor belt etc.);
  • arrangement of the piping connection draining pressed out water (filtrate) outside the plant;
  • drainage of pressed out water (filtrate) out of the plant.
