Description

Company VANEX delivers except technological lines for sludge draining also machinery designed direct for the production in paper industry such as:

• units for fully automatic preparation and dosing of aluminium sulphate solution and dosing of other chemicals from the large capacity storage bins.
• separate dosing units for dosing of powdery materials from BIG-BAGs with continuosly adjustable charge control through frequency converter.

Unit for fully automatic preparation and dosing of aluminium sulphate solution with large capacity storage bin.

The fully automatic unit for preparation and dosing of aluminium sulphate solution with large capacity storage bins was developed by the company VANEX for following purposes:

• automatization of medium preparation,
• increase of occupational hygiene (reduced dustiness),
• achievement of exact solution strenhgt,
• continuosly adjustable solution charge control through the central computer of paper machine,
• reduction of tank dimensions.

The unit is composed as a compact aggregate including control panel.

The large capacity storage bin is delivered as a separate part and is built-in in ceiling opening.

The mixing process is fully automatic with the possibility of switching to manual control.
Duty of operating staff consists in supplying large capacity storage bin after the acoustic signal sounds. The supplying is realised circa 1x during one shift.

Since the aluminium sulphate is delivered by the distributor in bags, supplying is made by sticking the bag on the tipping door, by its cutting and tipping.

The unit tanks are made from polypropylene, the other components of stainless steel.

The performance of standard units ranks from 1000 to 3000 l.hour^-1 of 35% solution.

The capacity of large capacity storage bin is 1000–3000 kg. In case of special demand the unit performance and the storage bin capacity can be adapted.

Nowadays company VANEX builds 3 types of dosing units for powdery materials depending on their shooting behaviour (picture 4, 5):

• standard dosing unit for media with good shooting behaviour,
• standard dosing unit with vibrator for media building vault (picture 5),
• special dosing units with mechanical media destroying and shifting into the feed worm for materials building vault, that are not destroyable even with vibrator (picture 4).

All dosing units consist of two main parts:

• separate feeder with an opening for BIB-BAG for its fixing on the floor,
• distributor with frequency converter and control panel for continuous charge regulation.

All types of dosing units have the possibility of continuous charge change within the range circa 10–100%.

The charge regulation has linear dependence and after calibrating for concrete medium, the feeding amount in kg.min^-1 or in units according to customer´s wish is shown on the display.
