One part of the line with a belt press or with a thickener is created also with the unit for chemicals preparation. This unit is designed for fully automatic preparation, storage and dosing of powdery media solutions with the possibility of continuous remote control of the solution dosing amount.The unit for chemicals preparation can be delivered also in atypical version(for example for preparation of a solution from liquid concentrated solutions).
Belt conveyers are used for removal of the pressed sludges from the belt presses.
VANEX delivers also other components for pressing and thickening lines (for example worm conveyers, components for sludge hygienization lines, mud and spraying pumps, storage tanks for spraying water atc.).
